Where fees go

Deployment fees and proposal fees accumulate in the Lumena protocol treasury. The treasury is governed by futarchy — any allocation of treasury funds requires a governance proposal to pass. No individual or team has unilateral access to treasury funds.

Changing fees

All fee parameters are governed by the futarchy system. The Lumena team cannot change fees unilaterally. Any proposed fee change must be submitted as a governance proposal and pass the prediction markets before taking effect.
